BetVictor World Matchplay NetZone

THE 2014 BetVictor World Matchplay will see 32 stars of the sport competing from July 19-27 at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.

The 21st staging of the prestigious tournament features a record £450,000 prize fund, with the first round being split across Saturday's evening session, two sessions on Sunday and Monday's evening session.

The second round will then be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the quarter-finals taking place on Thursday and Friday. The tournament then concludes with the semi-finals on Saturday July 26 and the final on Sunday July 27.

First Round - Best of 19 legs
Second Round - Best of 25 legs
Quarter-Finals - Best of 31 legs
Semi-Finals - Best of 33 legs
Final - Best of 35 legs
* Each game must be won by two clear legs, with up to a maximum of five additional legs being played before the sixth "extra" leg is sudden-death. There will be no re-throw for the bull in this instance.
For example, should a First Round game (best of 19 legs) reach 12-12, then the 25th leg would be the final and deciding leg.
