JOSEPHUS SCHENK will make his second appearance in the 2007 Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship this December.
The Dutchman, 26, finished third in the DDF standings following their tournaments this year.
He will join 19-year-old Rico Vonck as the Dutch representatives, joining Roland Scholten and Raymond van Barneveld - who qualify by right as members of the PDC's top 32 - at the Circus Tavern.
"Josephus has had a good year on the Dutch circuit and he is now well established inside the top 100 of the world rankings," said PDC Chief Executive Tim Darby.
"He has already shown his ability on the Purfleet stage and I'm sure he will make the most of this opportunity.
"His qualification alongside another emerging star from Holland, Rico Vonck, is very exciting and proof of the strength of Dutch darts.
"Raymond van Barneveld has completed an incredible feat by reaching the top 32 inside a year of joining the PDC, while Roland Scholten has been consistently one of the top peformers for a number of years now.
"I look forward to seeing plenty of Dutch fans cheering on their heroes at the Circus Tavern."
Schenk reached the last 16 on his debut at the Circus Tavern, defeating Darin Young, Alan Caves and Peter Manley before eventually losing out to Andy Hamilton.
"I'm over the moon," said Schenk. "Last time was a good start for me in major tournaments.
"I won my first two games and then played Peter Manley, who was a big name in Holland, so I made a name for myself by beating him.
"The experience was brilliant and I'll look forward to this enormously."
The Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship will take place from 18 December 2006-1 January 2007 at the Circus Tavern, Purfleet
