The following FAQ have been prepared for fans attending the 2021 Unibet Premier League from May 24-28 at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes.
Before the Event
When will I receive my tickets?
See Tickets will email your tickets to the lead booker of your group 48 hours before you are due to attend the event.
Do I need to print my tickets?
You do not need to print your tickets and can show the e-ticket on your mobile device. However, if possible we would advise you to print your tickets at home in order to speed up your entry into the venue.
What else do I need to complete before coming to the venue?
Every attendee must individually complete the health screening form below on the day of the event in order to receive a ‘green pass’ email which will automatically be sent to your personal email address upon completion of the screening form. You must then show this ‘green pass’ email at the entrance along with your ticket to gain entry to the event.
http://bit.ly/PDCscreening (the link will only go live on the day of the event).
You cannot attend this event without receiving a ‘green pass’ email. If you receive a ‘red pass’ email after completing the screening form with accurate answers and there is a reason why you should not travel to the event, then you need to request a refund by entering your order reference number and postcode on www.seetickets.com/customerservice.
What information do I need to provide for the health screening form?
The health screening form is to ensure that all attendees are fit and able to attend the event, so have no symptoms or other circumstances that should prevent people from attending. Therefore you need to complete your personal details, as well as your seat number (row, table, seat) so that we know where everyone is seated within the Arena. If you do not have your ticket details, then you should contact your lead booker who should have been provided with these.
Do I need to print out my ‘green pass’ email?
You can show your ‘green pass’ email on your mobile device at the entrance along with your ticket. However, we would again advise you to print your ‘green pass’ email in advance if possible once it has been received on the day of the event to help speed up your entry into the venue.
What if I don’t have a smartphone to complete the health screening form?
Paper versions of the screening form will be available at the entrance, so please inform a member of the security team at the entrance if required and bring your own pen if possible. As per the online form, you will be required to complete this with the necessary information which would be required to receive a ‘green pass’ to show you are able to attend the event.
Why do you need my personal details?
The PDC will not be using the data to contact attendees, but is required to obtain all details for the Government’s Test & Trace programme, and will be providing this data for this if required.
What will happen to my data?
Your data will not be used for any commercial purposes or passed to any third party other than the Government’s Test & Trace programme if required.
Can I bring a bag?
Only personal bags up to the maximum dimensions of 210mm x 297mm (same as an A4 sheet of paper) will be permitted inside the venue.
Is fancy dress permitted?
Fancy dress is permitted (within standard PDC guidelines [https://www.pdc.tv/tickets/general-ticket-information-terms-and-conditions]), but you must be able to wear an acceptable face covering to cover your mouth and nose when leaving your table or moving around the venue.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Doors will open at 1800 BST each night, ahead of the event beginning at 1900 BST. We would advise all attendees to arrive as close to 1800 as possible to prevent delays at the entrance. On arrival, all fans will be temperature checked. Anyone recording a temperature over 37.5oC will not be permitted entry in to the arena.
