THE dates for the 2011 Championship League Darts have been confirmed, as the tournament returns for a fourth year.
The internet-streamed event has been a huge hit in its first three years, with previous champions Phil Taylor and Colin Osborne being joined by a new winner, James Wade, when the 2010 event concluded last week.
Following the confirmation of a new, three-year contract for the event between the Professional Darts Corporation and broadcasters Perform Group, the dates for the 2011 Championship League Darts have now been confirmed.
The first three eight-player groups will be held from September 27-29 at Crondon Park Golf Club in Essex.
Groups Four-Six will be played from October 11-13 after the World Grand Prix, with Group Seven, Group Eight and the Winners Group being held from October 18-20.
Championship League Darts is streamed live online through a series of bookmakers' websites around the world and on the PDC's official website, www.pdc.tv.
