Dublin Events Open To All

THE two Players Championship events in Dublin in October will be open to non-PDPA members from outside the UK.

The tournaments, which will be held at the Citywest Hotel's Convention Centre on Saturday October 6 and Sunday October 7, will each see £35,000 prize money paid.

As with other Players Championship events outside the UK, including the double-header in Killarney on October 20 & 21, the tournaments will be open to both PDPA members (Tour Card Holders and Associate Members) as well as non-PDPA members who are resident outside of the UK.

Players eligible to enter as non-PDPA members include who those have, or are eligible to receive, a Republic of Ireland passport.

Entries for the Dublin Players Championships will close on Tuesday September 25 at 2pm.

Last year's Dublin Players Championships were won by Phil Taylor & Justin Pipe, while this year's events precede the start of the PartyPoker.com World Grand Prix, which will be held from October 8-14 at the Citywest Hotel.
