Final ET5 Qualifiers Found

THE European and Home Nation Qualifiers for the Dutch Darts Trophy European Tour event have been confirmed ahead of the event in Nuland from October 26-28.

The final £82,100 European Tour event will be held at the Van Der Valk Nuland, as 64 players compete for the £15,000 first prize across three days of play.

The Home Nation Qualifier saw Roland Scholten, Toon Greebe, Dick van Dijk and Gino Vos win through to compete in front of their home crowd.

Greebe was a narrow 6-5 winner against Leo Hendriks in his deciding game, while Scholten defeated Mareno Michels 6-1 to win his place in Nuland.

They join fellow Dutchmen Michael van Gerwen - the new PartyPoker.com World Grand Prix winner - five-time World Champion Raymond van Barneveld, Vincent van der Voort and Co Stompe in the tournament after the quartet qualified by virtue of their position inside the world's top 32.

Germany's Jyhan Artut, Tomas Seyler, Max Hopp Bernd Roith and Kevin Munch, Belgian pair Ronny Huybrechts and Davyd Venken and Denmark's Per Laursen won through the European Qualifier.

Laursen was a 6-2 winner against Mensur Suljovic as he won a European Tour debut, while Sweden's Magnus Caris and Belgium's Kurt Van De Rijck missed out with 6-5 defeats to Munch and Hopp respectively.

The draw for the tournament is expected to be made on Tuesday October 16 ahead of the Championship League Darts Group Four.

Spectator tickets for the Dutch Darts Masters are still available and can be purchased via www.pdc-europe.net.
