THE countdown is on to the fifth PDC European Tour event of 2015, which will see the International Darts Open held in Germany this weekend.
The PDC's first visit to Riesa will see the £115,000 staged at the Sachsenarena, where 48 players will compete.
The field is headed by number one seed Michael van Gerwen, who is incredibly unbeaten so far in the four previous 2015 PDC European Tour events in Hildesheim, Gibraltar, Munich and Venray.
The 16 seeded players also include former European Tour event winners Peter Wright, Michael Smith, Simon Whitlock, Vincent van der Voort, Justin Pipe, Kim Huybrechts, Dave Chisnall and Steve Beaton, while Dutch youngster Benito van de Pas is seeded for the first time.
The 20 UK Qualifiers won their place in the event in May, with the field to be finalised on Thursday night with the European Qualifier, for eight places, and Host Nation Qualifier, which will see four German players winn through to the main event.
Friday's first round will see the 32 qualifiers face off across two sessions, with the 16 seeded players coming into the event in Saturday's second round.
Sunday's Final Day will see the third round take place in the afternoon session before the event culminates in the evening session with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.
The draw and schedule of play for the International Darts Open will be available on www.pdc.tv on Thursday evening, along with results from the European Qualifier and Host Nation Qualifier.
