FOLLOWING the success of the PDC's inaugural Fans' Forum in Glasgow in March, darts fans will get the opportunity to quiz their heroes ahead of the BetVictor World Matchplay at a special event on Friday July 17th in Blackpool.
The PDC staged an interactive Fans' Forum at Trader Joe's in Glasgow earlier this year as Gary Anderson, Michael van Gerwen and Stephen Bunting previewed the Betway Premier League night at The SSE Hydro.
A second PDC Fans' Forum will be staged on Friday July 17th (7pm) at the Spanish Hall in Blackpool's famous Winter Gardens to preview the BetVictor World Matchplay, which will be free of charge for fans to attend.
The PDC Fans' Forum will again be streamed live online through the OfficialPDC YouTube Channel, with fans able to interact through the OfficialPDC Twitter and Facebook pages on the night.
"The Glasgow Fans' Forum was a lot of fun for us players and also for the fans who attended," said Gary Anderson, the reigning World Champion.
"These Fans' Forums are a great chance for us to meet with fans in a different environment, and this new event in Blackpool will be a great warm-up for the World Matchplay."
Further PDC Fans' Forums are being planned to take place in Dublin ahead of October's partypoker.com World Grand Prix, in Wolverhampton in November ahead of the SINGHA Beer Grand Slam of Darts and in London in December ahead of the William Hill World Darts Championship.
