
ROYDEN LAM and Noel Malicdem both claimed victories on the third weekend of the PDC Asian Tour in Kobe.
Events Five and Six of the new Asia-wide circuit saw almost 200 players competing in Japan, with each event offering $10,060 in prize money.
Saturday's event saw Lam beat Yuya Higuchi 5-3 in the quarter-finals, before registering a 5-2 win over Shin Higashida in the semis.
The Hong Kong ace then defeated Japanese World Cup of Darts star Seigo Asada 5-3 in the final, firing in two 180s as he picked up his second Asian Tour title.
Sunday's event saw Philippines thrower Malicdem, who threw a nine-dart leg in Event One, post back-to-back 5-1 wins over Mitsumasa Hoshino and Shingo Enomata as he won through to the final.
Playing in his second Asian Tour final of the year, Malicdem whitewashed Daisuke Akamatsu 5-0 to secure his first Asian Tour crown in style.
The Asian Tour continues with Events Seven and Eight on August 18-19 in Kuala Lumpur.
