CHRIS DOBEY dropped just two legs in his comfortable 3-0 win over Boris Koltsov in round one of the 2018/19 William Hill World Darts Championship.
Two-time TV quarter-finalist Dobey got off to a flying start, not allowing his Russian opponent a dart at double as he raced away with the opening set, and soon doubled his lead without dropping a leg.
Koltsov took the third set to a deciding leg but Dobey, making his third consecutive Alexandra Palace appearance, held his nerve to see the match out and set up a second round meeting with Steve Beaton.
