Two-time World Matchplay champion Harrington nailed three correct scorelines, adding nine points to his total to elevate himself into the number one spot.
Former World Grand Prix Champion Alan Warriner-Little went from top scorer from Night One to the lowest scorer on Night Two, while Dan Dawson and Paul Nicholson both scored a solid seven points to go joint-second.
Ahead of each night of the Premier League season our six pundits will submit predictions in the battle to be crowned top predictor at The O2 on May 23.
One point is awarded for a correct outcome, while three points are awarded for a correct scoreline prediction.
