The European Darts Open has been rescheduled for August 7-9 following the postponement of the originally-planned March dates.
The PDC European Tour event had been due to be held in Leverkusen from March 27-29, but was postponed last week due to restrictions in place across Germany due to the current global situation.
The tournament has now been moved to be held from August 7-9 in Leverkusen, and will feature the original field of qualified players, with the 16 seeded players having been joined by 24 players from last Friday's Tour Card Holder Qualifier.
The news follows Saturday's confirmation that the European Darts Grand Prix has been rescheduled for May 29-31 in Sindelfingen.
Rearranged dates for the German Darts Grand Prix are still being finalised, and will be announced once available.
Tickets for original the European Darts Open dates will remain valid for the equivalent session from August 7-9. Fans with queries about tickets can contact their point of purchase.
