Ryan Murray will be spending Wednesday night locked away in his bedroom - after moving his practice board to ensure peace and quiet for his Unibet Home Tour challenge.
The Scottish ace will join Joe Cullen, Jermaine Wattimena and John Michael in action in Group 20 of the home-broadcast event, as they compete from 1930 BST.
Murray has created a new set-up in his bedroom at home to ensure he can focus on the Home Tour away from his three children.
"I'm looking forward to the Home Tour," he told the Scottish Sun. "I've recently changed at home - the dartboard was in the children's room but now I've moved it to my own bedroom.
"There's no distractions in there so I get some peace and quiet."
After spending a year around the circuit, Murray had finally won his PDC Tour Card in January at Qualifying School, and was only two months into life as a professional before the suspension in tournaments.
"It feels like every time I get so close to something, it always goes wrong," he conceded. "Thankfully I've now got this Home Tour to play in.
"It's obviously frustrating that the darts has stopped. I'd just got the Tour Card and was playing good. I'd qualified for two European Tours but they are obviously on hold for the moment. It will happen hopefully at some point."
Murray has been able to continue practising during the past six weeks alongside the likes of Nathan Aspinall and Andy Boulton, who share the same manager,
"Lockdown has been OK because I have three kids so it keeps me busy doing cycling and walks with them," he said.
"I'm a printer but I'm off at the moment until the end of May and obviously I'm also practising.
"I've been playing a lot of online games with the guys in my stable - Nathan Aspinall, Andy Boulton, Peter Jacques and Adam Huckvale. We've had knockout tournaments and a league playing each other each night, so I'm using to playing online matches."
