The PDC's support for golfing stars of the future saw Jack Hawksby win the PGA EuroPro Tour's PDC Championship on Friday.
The PDC annually sponsors an event on the developmental PGA EuroPro Tour, which provides a pathway for players through to golf's elite levels.
This year's PDC Championship was held at the East Sussex National from July 28-30, with 23-year-old Hawksby securing his first career title in the event.
Hawksby began the final day three shots adrift of the lead, but a four-under-par round of 68 was ended with a birdie at the 18th hole as he dramatically secured the £12,500 title.
The PDC Championship was preceded by a Pro-Am on Tuesday July 27, which was won by a team including Australian darts star Simon Whitlock.
