Canada's Cameron secured his place in the events by winning Friday's first of two qualifiers, with Lauby's runner-up finish enough to ensure he will compete in New York.
American duo Gates and Boehm were the last two players remaining in Event Two, ensuring that they will grace the MSG stage on June 3-4.
The US Darts Masters will see the eight North American representatives coming up against top PDC stars including World Champion Peter Wright, superstars Gerwyn Price and Michael van Gerwen and history-maker Fallon Sherrock.
Premier League stars Jonny Clayton, James Wade, Gary Anderson and Michael Smith complete the eight PDC representatives.
The North American representatives include the four PDC Tour Card Holders, with American duo Danny Baggish and Jules van Dongen joined by Canada's Jeff Smith and Matt Campbell.
The bet365 US Darts Masters will begin on Friday June 3 with the first round, as the PDC representatives face off against the North American representatives in the first round.
The tournament concludes in the evening session on Saturday June 4 with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.
In addition, Saturday's afternoon session will feature the bet365 North American Championship, as the eight North American stars compete for the domestic title and a place in the Cazoo World Darts Championship.
