Cardiff will play host to the opening night of the 2024 Premier League, with the schedule confirmed for next year's roadshow event.
The new Premier League season will get underway at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff on Thursday February 1, as the Welsh capital kicks off the 17-week extravaganza.
The 2024 Premier League will be staged on Thursday nights from February until May, as the sport’s biggest names battle it out for the coveted title.
The popular Cardiff venue – which saw Gerwyn Price triumph on home soil in the 2023 Premier League in front of a sell-out crowd - will now stage the opening night for the second time in three years as the Utilita Arena plays host to the stars of darts.
Following the opening night in Cardiff, February will also feature league nights in Berlin, Glasgow, Newcastle and Exeter during an action-packed opening month.
The roadshow will continue with visits to Brighton, Nottingham, Dublin and Belfast in March, while April will see further league nights held in Manchester, Birmingham, Rotterdam and Liverpool.
The season's finale will take place in May, with the final three league nights in Aberdeen, Leeds and Sheffield, followed by the season-ending Play-Offs.
The Play-Offs will be held at The O2 in London on Thursday May 23, as darts' biggest party returns to an unchanged line-up of 17 venues across the UK and Europe.
Tickets for the 2024 Premier League will go on sale during October 2023, with ticket information to be confirmed at pdc.tv/PLtickets in due course.
