Glen Durrant has joined the Board of Directors of the Professional Darts Players Association, while Alan Warriner-Little has become the organisation's President.
Durrant's successful playing career saw him win the 2020 Premier League as well as three Lakeside Championship titles.
The Middlesbrough ace, who is also now working with the PDC and Sky Sports in a commentary role, has joined the PDPA's Board of Directors.
"Glen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge along with him," said Warriner-Little.
"He is a well-respected player who was recently on the ProTour and remains at the forefront of our sport with his TV commentary and coaching work.
"Glen is an excellent addition to our team and we are all looking forward to working with him in the New Year for the benefit of our membership."
A further change to the organisation sees Warriner-Little leave his role as Chief Executive to become President.
Peter Manley remains PDPA Chairman, while Andy Scott, Jacques Nieuwlaat and Jamie Caven are also on the Board of Directors.
