The Junior Darts Corporation saw a record number of players attempting to win spots on their 2025 Advanced Tour.
The sport's growth at junior level saw the number of JDC Academies double in 2024, with young players worldwide inspired by the success of Luke Littler - a two-time JDC World Junior Champion.
Alongside their global Academies, the JDC stage events on their Advanced Tour and Foundation Tour during each year.
The JDC Advanced Tour sees 32 players compete across five weekends in 20 tournaments, with a total of £18,000 in prize money on offer.
With 19 players having retained their Tour Cards from 2024, with 13 further players coming through the Q School in Coventry on January 18-19.
New JDC World Junior Champion Lex Paeshuyse led the four automatic Tour Card winners, alongside England's Ben Townley, Ireland's Jack Courtney and Slovakia's Dominik Kocik.
A further nine players secured their Tour Card from a ranking list compiled across the four Q School events, led by Jayden Walker - who will face Jack Johnson in the JDC Super 16 Final in Milton Keynes on February 2.
The total of 187 competing players was over 100 more than in 2024, with players who did not win a Tour Card to play on the Advanced Tour now able to compete on the Foundation Tour this year.
The Foundation Tour will also feature 20 tournaments across five weekends this year, with £11,500 prize money available in total, while a JDC Girls' Series will also take place with 20 events across five weekends.
