Five Nottingham Primary Schools enjoyed a special Bullseye Maths session on Thursday ahead of the Premier League's annual visit to the Motorpoint Arena.
Pupils from Cotmanhay, Cloudside Academy, Hempshill Hall, Glenbrook Spencer Academy and Jubilee Academy all visited the Nottingham venue ahead of the Premier League night.
The pupils enjoyed a Bullseye Maths session on the arena floor, which combined numeracy activities with darts-based games.
The session ended with the children taking to the Premier League stage to experience the view seen later in the day by the likes of Luke Humphries, Luke Littler and eventual Nottingham winner Gerwyn Price.
"It was a great experience, as always, and the children really enjoyed it," said Hempshill Hall teacher Jon Wright. "There are some seriously good young children out there - stars of the future!"
The event was the latest special session of the PDC's Bullseye Maths scheme, which was launched in 2022 and also features an online portal at pdc.tv/maths which features downloadable worksheets and the interactive Mathlete game.
"It was great as always to see how engaged the pupils were in the Bullseye Maths session," said Bullseye Maths co-ordinator Gary Horsley.
"Bullseye Maths remains incredibly popular wherever we visit and encourages numeracy across all ages."
