Budweiser UK Open South-West Regional Final

BOARD ASSIGNMENTS are now available for the Budweiser UK Open South-West Regional Final, which will be staged in Swindon on 11 and 12 February.

A record field of 210 players have entered the tournament, which will be held at The Merlin and The Woodlands Edge public houses on Saturday.

The final eight players will progress to The Merlin for the latter stages on Sunday.

Due to the number of entries, board assignments for this tournament will work as follows:

14 Player Boards - Players 1&2 will play each other (with the winner playing player 9), players 3&4 play each other (with the winner playing player 10).Players 5&6 will play each other,as will players 7&8.The four winners will then join the four seeded players in the last eight.

13 Player Boards - Players 1&2 will play each other (with the winner playing player 9) Players 3&4 will play each other, as will players 5&6 and 7&8. The four winners will then join the four seeded players in the last eight.

Registration for the 64 seeded players will be 1pm-1.45pm.They will not be required to register before this time.

Registration for all other players is from 11am, with play starting at midday.
