TERRY JENKINS' win at the Open Hotel Zwartewater has increased his chance of being one of the six automatic selections for the 2007 Holsten Premier League Darts.
The Holsten Premier League Darts will feature eight players for the first time next year, with the top six players in the PDC World Rankings after next week's SkyBet World Grand Prix qualifying by right.
They will be joined by two Wildcard selections, one to be announce after the SkyBet World Grand Prix and the final name to be confirmed in January following the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship.
With two Pro Tour events preceding the SkyBet World Grand Prix, there are still plenty of points to play for, with 11 players battling for the four remaining places alongside Colin Lloyd and Phil Taylor - who are assured of a spot by the place in the standings.
Jenkins won the Open Hotel Zwartewater at the weekend, taking him to within 16 points of sixth placed Ronnie Baxter.
Adrian Lewis' form continued as he creeps towards earning a debut in the tournament, while only Dennis Priestley failed to pick up a ranking point in Holland.
The table below shows the current standings in the race for Holsten Premier League Darts places, which is each player's ranking points minus the points they are defending up to and including the SkyBet World Grand Prix.
