Season's Greetings From The PDC

THE Professional Darts Corporation sends festive greetings to its fans, players, partners and officials worldwide.

Following a record-breaking year both on and off the oche, the William Hill World Darts Championship is enjoying a two-day Christmas break.

Play at Alexandra Palace will resume on Boxing Day following the conclusion of festivities worldwide, with the tournament's last 32 players set to return to London as the sport's biggest event continues.

The World Championship will also break on New Year's Eve before returning for the quarter-finals, semi-final and final, which will take place on January 3.

The past 12 months has seen PDC events held as far afield as Auckland and Yokohama with inaugural World Series of Darts tournaments in New Zealand and Japan, as well as a record number of nine-dart finishes on the PDC circuit.

In addition, a record number of fans worldwide have enjoyed watching PDC events both live in person at our tournaments and through the broadcast coverage screened around the globe.
