The First Round proper for the event will begin on Saturday 5 May with eight four-man groups.
That will include the top 12 players from the PDC Order of Merit, 12 players from the BDO/WDF ranking and eight qualifiers from the Preliminary Round.
Following a decision in the Dutch Courts on Wednesday 25 April, it has been confirmed that the tournament will kick off on Friday 4 May with the round-robin Preliminary Round featuring 32 players in eight four-man groups as follows:
One player from a pool of 13-16 in PDC Order of Merit + four Wildcard players
One of the eight PDPA Qualifiers
Two BDO/WDF players from pool of 13-28 in BDO/WDF ranking
The group winners will progress to the First Round, with the full draw to be made by the tournament organisers later this week.
The winner and runner-up of the Topic International Darts League will receive an invitation to compete in the £250,000 Grand Slam of Darts in November.
