Gerwyn Price and Peter Wright will meet in a clash of the world's top two on Night 4 of the Cazoo Premier League in Exeter on Thursday night.
The current biggest fixture in darts will see Price and Wright renew rivalries in one of four quarter-final ties at a sold-out Westpoint Exeter.
World number one Price and World Champion Wright have each won a Premier League night so far, and sit second and third respectively on the Premier League table.
Price defeated Wright in a high-quality European Tour final last weekend to keep his place as world number one, and the Welshman is looking to get one over his rival in Exeter.
"I'm looking forward to the game; if I can perform how I can then I will win," said Price, who hit two nine-dart finishes on Night 3 in Belfast.
"If you get through the first game, then you're settled in and you can play your best game and hit nine-darters.
"But I know it will be a tough game against Peter, he will be out for revenge after last weekend.
"It's probably the biggest rivalry in darts at the moment with us being so close at the top of the rankings.
"After I won the European Tour final on Sunday, I told Peter he will have to wait another week [to become world number one].
"There was a lot of pressure on me in that final with the world number one spot resting on it, so I'm proud of myself for how I came out fighting."
A further three quarter-final ties will also take place as table-topper Jonny Clayton faces Michael van Gerwen, James Wade takes on Gary Anderson and Michael Smith meets Joe Cullen as the £1 million tournament continues.
The quarter-final winners will return to the stage for the semi-finals, before the final sees the Night 4 champion crowned with a five league points and a £10,000 bonus awarded to the winner.
The top four players in the table following Night 16 will qualify for the Play-Offs.
The Cazoo Premier League is being broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK, through the PDC's worldwide broadcast partners including DAZN and Viaplay, and on PDCTV for Rest of the World Subscribers (excluding UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria & Switzerland).
