THE UK Qualifier for the PDC's third European Tour event, the European Darts Open, will feature 68 players in Birmingham on Friday June 15.
The European Darts Open, which will be the third of the PDC's £82,100 European Tour events held this year, will take place from July 6-8 at the Maritim Hotel in Dusseldorf.
30 of the world's current top 32 have entered the tournament and, along with Mark Hylton and Steve Beaton, will make the 32 seeded players who enter direct at the first round stage in Germany.
They will be joined by 20 players from Friday's UK Qualifier, eight players from the European Qualifier and a further four from the Home Nation Qualifier.
Friday's UK Qualifier will be played in the NIA Community Hall in Birmingham, featuring 68 players. The event will begin at 7pm, with players needing to register before 6pm.
All games in the event will be played over the best of 11 legs, with the losers of the final games to qualify earning £100 prize money.
The European Qualifier and Home Nation Qualifier will be played on Saturday June 23 at the Tempodrom in Berlin, with those events being held alongside the German Darts Championship European Tour Event Two which is being played next weekend.
