THE final two places in the McCoy's Premier League Darts Play-Offs will be decided in Week 14 in Newcastle, with five players still in the hunt for semi-final spots going into the last league night.
The Week 13 results in Birmingham saw only Simon Whitlock ensure his semi-final berth, despite his defeat to Andy Hamilton at the NIA.
The Australian remains on 14 points, two clear of a trio of stars locked on 12 behind him; Adrian Lewis, James Wade and Raymond van Barneveld, who have Kevin Painter and Andy Hamilton a point behind.
Painter and Hamilton - both Premier League debutants this season - meet in Newcastle, with the winner still able to qualify for the Play-Offs at The O2 on May 17.
Lewis would only need to defeat Whitlock in their meeting to join the Australian in the top four, while a draw may be enough to see him qualify should Hamilton defeat Painter.
The other decisive game sees van Barneveld play Wade in what is effectively a shoot-out between the pair for a semi-final place.
League leader Phil Taylor plays Gary Anderson in the night's other game, with the reigning champion now unable to reach the Play-Offs following his draw with van Barneveld in Birmingham.
Here is each players' specific position:
Phil Taylor - Qualified, and will finish first.
Simon Whitlock - Qualified, and needs a point in Newcastle to secure second place.
Adrian Lewis - Must win to be sure of Play-Off place, but could still be eliminated with a draw.
James Wade - Must win to be sure of Play-Off place, but could still be eliminated with a draw.
Raymond van Barneveld - Must win to be sure of Play-Off place, but could still qualify with a draw.
Kevin Painter - A draw may be enough to win a Play-Off place, if Lewis and either Wade or van Barneveld lose. A win, though, may not even be enough to overhaul Lewis and Wade/Barneveld depending on other results.
Andy Hamilton - Must defeat Painter and hope that the Wade-Barneveld game ends in a draw.
Gary Anderson - Eliminated.

If this is also the same, then Legs Won Against Throw during the whole season will be the deciding factor.
If this is also the same, then the Tournament Average will be the deciding factor.
If this fails to split the two players, a Play-Off may be played concerning the players involved, at the Tournament Director's discretion.
