THE priority ticket sales for the 2011 World Matchplay have been delayed until Wednesday February 9 for operation reasons.
The World Matchplay will be held from July 16-24 at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, featuring 32 players competing for the £100,000 first prize and the prestigious trophy.
The nine-day event - screened live on Sky Sports HD - will begin on Saturday July 16 with the first of four successive evening sessions of first round action.
The second round will be played on Wednesday July 20 and Thursday July 21, with the quarter-finals split across two sessions on Friday July 22.
The semi-finals will be played on Saturday July 23, with the final being played on Sunday July 24.
Tickets will go on Priority Sale to PDCtv Annual Subscribers on Wednesday February 9, with users having an active Annual Subscription at midnight on Wednesday February 2 being eligible to purchase tickets in this period.
All remaining tickets will then go on general sale on Monday February 14.
PDCtv Annual Subscribers eligible to purchase tickets in the Priority Sales period will be issued with an email containing information on Box Office numbers and other relevant information once the final details are confirmed.
