RILEYS are staging four nationwide amateur darts tournaments this year, with a record £40,000 up for grabs.
Players will be able to take part in the Singles, Doubles, Team and Over-40s category, with £10,000 to be won in each - making it the biggest prize fund for any amateur darts tournament in the UK.
Rileys CEO Maurice Kelly said: "We are delighted to be hosting four new darts tournaments this year.
"Our competitions are the biggest in the amateur game. Players have the opportunity to be crowned the best amateur in the country, and win huge amounts of money."
Regional heats will be held at 48 Rileys Darts Zones throughout the UK, with registrations now open at www.rileys.co.uk/tournaments
Each Darts Zone features six or eight throwing lanes, championship boards and electronic scoring.
Rileys plan to increase the number of Darts Zones in the UK to 100 in 2011.
