THE draw for the World Darts Trophy PDPA Qualifier, to be held in the Olympia Room at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool on Friday 20 July.
The event will see eight PDPA members qualify for the Preliminary Round of the World Darts Trophy, which will be held in Utrecht from 31 August-9 September.
Play in the PDPA begins at 8pm, and the format will be the best of nine legs throughout.
Phil Taylor is the defending champion in the World Darts Trophy, and one of 12 PDC players who are automatically in the First Round of the tournament. The eight PDPA qualifiers will join the players ranked 13-16 in the PDPA Order of Merit, four Wildcards and 16 BDO/WDF players in the Preliminary Round.
