TICKETS for the ITV-televised Grand Slam of Darts are now on sale.
The ground-breaking tournament will be held at the Wolverhampton Civic Hall from 17-25 November, with champions of major darts events staged around the world invited to compete.
The 32-man event will see players from both the Professional Darts Corporation and the BDO/WDF system battling for £300,000 in prize money over nine days, with the First Round being played in eight four-man groups.
The top two players in each group will then progress, with the Second Round onwards being played in a knockout format culminating in the best of 35-leg final on Sunday 25 November.
The competing players will include current PDC World Champion Raymond van Barneveld, 13-time World Champion Phil Taylor and 2007 International Darts League winner Gary Anderson, along with stars such as John Part, Colin Lloyd, Michael van Gerwen and Jelle Klaasen.
"This event promises to be one of the most eagerly-awaited in history," said PDC Chairman Barry Hearn.
"Since we announced this tournament in February, interest has been huge in seeing the world's best players in action at the Wolverhampton Civic Hall.
"The venue has sold out for two Premier League nights previously and I'm sure darts fans from across the country will pack it out once again in November."
Ticket prices begin at £10 for the First Round, and will be on sale from 9am on Monday 16 July from the Midlands Box Office.
Tickets are limited to six per person per session and can be purchased on 0870 320 7000 or online via this link.
