AFTER getting his hands on the Barclays Premiership trophy last week, Phil Taylor has offered to give lessons to the Chelsea players.
The defending Barclays Premiership champions have installed a dartboard at their Cobham training ground, with Jose Mourinho and his players competing on the oche in between games.
Taylor has now offered to give darts lessons to the likes of John Terry and Frank Lampard, after beginning the defence of his own Premiership title - the Holsten Premier League - successfully last week.
"I have offered to go down to Chelsea and give any of the players some darts lessons," he said.
"I saw they had put up darts boards in the training ground so thought I'd write and say I'd love to help them out. It would be the first time Port Vale beat Chelsea!
"I'm waiting to hear back from them at the moment so for now I am focused on continuing my defence of the Premier League Darts title.
"It was a huge success last year with great crowds and Blackburn last week was superb again, one of the best venues we've been to.
"It's a hard one to win with the consistency you need each week but I'll be going all out to win it as the first major tournament of the year."
