Many of the PDC's major televised ranking tournaments, headed by the William Hill World Championship and Betway Premier League, are shown live across the UK and Europe on Sky Sports HD.
The other televised major tournaments on Sky Sports during 2016 will be the World Cup of Darts, BetVictor World Matchplay, the World Grand Prix and the SINGHA Beer Grand Slam of Darts.
PDC tournaments are also broadcast live on ITV4, who will screen in 2016 the Unibet Masters, Coral UK Open, Unibet European Championship, Cash Converters Players Championship Finals and the six worldwide World Series of Darts events ahead of the World Series of Darts finals.
The introduction of the World Series of Darts in 2013 saw the saw the Dubai Darts Masters and Sydney Darts Masters aired worldwide through a new concept of taking the world's leading players around the globe to spread televisied professional darts into new territories, with tournaments also taking place in 2016 in Auckland, Shanghai, Tokyo and Perth.
A new deal between the PDC and the BBC will see the inaugural Champions League of Darts take place in 2016.
All major televised PDC events have highlights available in LIVEPDC.TV for all subscribers worldwide and LIVE coverage available for International Pass subscribers based outside of the UK, Ireland and Holland.
The rights to the major televised tournaments are also sold on to a number of countries across the globe whose audiences then get to enjoy the very best the sport has to offer.
