THE fifth staging of the Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters will take place on May 24-25 2017 as eight top players compete at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium.
The unique open-air tournament has been a huge success since being introduced as the inaugural World Series of Darts event by the Professional Darts Corporation in 2013.
Boasting worldwide television coverage, the Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters is one of six international events on the World Series of Darts schedule, opening the 2017 season with the two-day championship in May.
World number one and 2017 World Champion Michael van Gerwen won the Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters in the first three years from 2013-2015 before Gary Anderson was victorious in the 2016 tournament.
Both Van Gerwen and world number two Anderson are set to be amongst the eight players competing in Dubai in May in the fifth staging of the Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters.
Play will commence on Wednesday May 24 with the four quarter-finals, before the conclusion on Thursday May 25 features the semi-finals and final.

The Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters will be hosted at the Irish Village supported by long-term partners JW Marriott Marquis and Qantas. SIXT, the Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Calendar, Dubai Television and SPORT360 also support the event.
Tickets for the 2017 Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters are now available, with tickets priced from AED150 daily or from AED7,999 for VIP Tables of Ten.
VIP Tickets include table seating with select food and beverages included, with General Admission tickets for the tiered seating.
