CHUCK PULEO and Jim Long have secured William Hill World Darts Championship debuts from the Championship Darts Corporation circuit.
The pair will be the North American representatives from the CDC tour following their success on the year's fifth weekend.
Puleo completed the year as the top-ranked American player following his Event Ten success, as he held off Darin Young to secure his Alexandra Palace place.
Puleo was also a semi-finalist in Saturday's Event Nine, which was won by Canada's three-time World Champion John Part.
However, it was Jim Long - an Event Nine semi-finalist - who sealed the place as the top-ranked Canadian player to qualify for his own World Championship debut.
The year's final CDC weekend also saw a father-son Event Nine quarter-final as Danny Lauby - who competed in the William Hill North American Championship and US Darts Masters in July - overcame father Dan 6-3.
Puleo and Long join Canada's Jeff Smith, the North American Championship winner last month, in representing North America at the World Championship in December.
The William Hill World Darts Championship will be held from December 13-January 1 at Alexandra Palace in London. Click here for ticket information.
