Madars Razma has claimed a spot at the William Hill World Darts Championship in December by topping the PDC Nordic and Baltic Order of Merit.
The Latvian, who has never played at the Alexandra Palace will make his debut at the event in December.
Razma will be joined by Marko Kantele after he claimed the remaining spot at the World Championship. The 51-year-old from Finland has twice qualified for the event, in 2008 and 2018 but never made it past the last 64.
Lithuania's Darius Labanauskas won the last event of the 2019 PDC NB Tour, but finished €50 short of his Latvian rival Razma, who tops the OOM with €6950 prize money. However, as Labanauskas has already qualified for the World Championship as a result of his results on the PDC Pro Tour, Kantele will join Razma in London after he finished third on the OOM with €3850 total.
