THE 2006 Open Overijssel, which was due to take place on 27 and 28 May 2006, has been cancelled.
The PDC have been informed that, due to the ill health of the president and chief organiser of the tournament, the event cannot go ahead as planned.
A decision on whether the tournament will be re-arranged for another date has yet to be made.
The new event was to be staged in Zwolle, Holland, next weekend.
