The £1 million tournament reaches its climax from January 1-3 at London's Alexandra Palace.
New Year's Day sees the four quarter-finals played across two sessions, which begin at 2pm and 7.30pm.
The afternoon session features Co Stompe against Mark Webster and James Wade against Simon Whitlock.
The evening session will see Raymond van Barneveld meet Ronnie Baxter before reigning champion Phil Taylor takes on Adrian Lewis.
The semi-finals will be played on Saturday January 2 from 7.30pm, and Sunday January 3 sees the third-fourth place play-off at 7pm precede the final.
