WORLD CHAMPION Michael van Gerwen will take on Andy Hamilton on the opening night of the Singapore Darts Masters, in association with Singha Beer and Weston's Cider, while Phil Taylor has drawn Dave Chisnall in the World Series of Darts event.
The sport's top players will begin a treble-header of World Series of Darts events on Friday when the eight-man Singapore Darts Masters kicks off at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
World number one van Gerwen - who won the previous World Series of Darts event this year, the Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters in May - will begin his bid to claim back-to-back titles as he takes on Hamilton in the quarter-finals.
Recent World Matchplay champion Phil Taylor, last year's Sydney Darts Masters champion, has drawn Dave Chisnall for their quarter-final clash, in a repeat of the 2013 World Grand Prix final.
Australian star Simon Whitlock, the 2012 European Champion, has drawn current Premier League Darts champion Raymond van Barneveld, while the PDC's first event in Singapore will open with the clash between World Championship finalist Peter Wright and seven-time major winner James Wade.
The Singapore Darts Masters, in association with Singha Beer and Weston's Cider, will conclude on Saturday with the semi-finals and final at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
The Singapore Darts Masters will be screened live worldwide, with coverage in the UK & Ireland through Sky 2 (Channel 121), on Fox Sports Asia, RTL7 in the Netherlands, Fox Sports in Australia, Sky New Zealand and through www.LIVEPDC.TV for International Pass Subscribers.
