LOURENCE ILAGAN produced back-to-back victories on the second weekend of the PDC Asian Tour in Macau.
Events Three and Four of the new Asia-wide circuit saw almost 200 players competing in China, with each event offering $10,060 in prize money.
Saturday’s event saw Ilagan cruise past Donjem Dimaculangan 5-0 in the quarter-finals before a close 5-4 win over Paolo Nebrida sealed his place in the final.
The Philippines thrower then defeated Alexis Toylo 5-2 in the final, firing in two 180s in the process.
Ilagan backed up his performance on the Sunday as he overcame Tenglieh Pupo 5-3 in the quarters before seeing off Ho-Yin Shek 5-2 in the final four.
Sunday’s final saw Ilagan claim a 5-1 victory over Hong Kong ace Royden Lam, who picked up the Event One crown last month.
