THOMAS COOK SPORT - UPDATE SEPTEMBER 30 2019
Following the news on September 23 that Thomas Cook Sport had ceased trading, the PDC has issued the following update for fans who had booked a Thomas Cook Sport Darts Match Break:
Fans who have purchased a Darts Match Break through Thomas Cook Sport must email thomascook@pdc.tv with their booking confirmation PDF and a contact telephone number by October 31 2019.
The PDC will then contact those fans with details of how they can purchase the equivalent tickets directly from the PDC.
This refers to Darts Match Breaks booked for the 2019 Paddy Power Champions League of Darts and 2019/2020 William Hill World Darts Championship.
We advise fans to contact their bank, credit card provider or insurance company to obtain a refund for any monies spent with Thomas Cook Sport for their original booking.
This offer will only be in relation to the event tickets; the PDC will not be able to offer any assistance with hotel bookings which were a separate part of the Darts Match Break package.
