Ahead of the Betfred World Matchplay, the following information is now available for all ticket holders attending the event.
The Betfred World Matchplay will be staged from July 17-25 at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.
The opening two days will be held with a reduced capacity on July 17-18, with the venue reverting to a full capacity from July 19 onwards.

How will my tickets be sent to me?
Tickets are being sent as e-tickets to the email address registered to your booking with SeeTickets no later than 48 hours before the session you are due to attend, or in the case of Season Tickets no later than 48 hours before the opening session.
For peace of mind, if you do have any issues there will be a SeeTickets ticket desk at the main entrance to the event to assist with any further queries.
I've got tickets for multiple sessions, which ones have I been successful for in the ballot?
All ticket holders have been sent an individual email from SeeTickets for each session you have booked tickets for.
I did not receive an email telling me if I was successful in the ballot? What should I do?
You can log in via www.seetickets.com/CustomerService using your booking reference and either the last four digits of the payment card used or the postcode linked to the email address. Once logged in, you can then see the details of your booking.
My ticket has been deferred to 2022 but I do not wish to attend, can I get a refund?

Can I bring a bag?
We advise you not to bring any bags, as only personal bags up to the maximum size of an A4 sheet of paper will be permitted inside the venue.
INFORMATION FOR FANS ATTENDING ON JULY 17-18
What restrictions will be in place for Saturday and Sunday?
If you have a ticket for the first three sessions, there will be a number of procedures you need to follow, including:
1 - All fans attending are required to complete the online health screening questionnaire ON THE DAY of your visit to the venue to gain a 'Green Pass' email that must be shown along with ticket in order to enter. Please note this link will only be live on the day of the event.
2 - All fans attending will undergo a temperature check on arrival at the venue. Your temperature must be below 37.5°C to be permitted inside the event.
3 - You must wear a face covering when moving around the venue, but can remove this when at your seat.
4 - You must follow directional signage around the venue.
5 - You must remain at your seat unless going to purchase food or beverage from the bar, going to the toilet or leaving the venue.
INFORMATION FOR FANS ATTENDING FROM JULY 19 ONWARDS
Will I need to have proof of vaccination ("Covid passport") or provide a negative test result to attend the event from July 19 onwards, or wear a face mask at the event?Due to the short time frame between the updated government guidance being announced and the event starting, we will not be requiring spectators to provide proof of vaccination or a lateral flow negative test result in order to gain admission to the event.
Will any restrictions be in place from July 19 onwards?
In line with recently issued government guidance, some of the current procedures that are in place for attending an event will change, and we’d like you and your party to familiarise yourself with the below information.
Please be aware that there will be no social distancing measures in place as the venue will be operating at full capacity. If you are not comfortable with this, we would ask you to consider whether you feel it is appropriate for you to attend the event. If you would prefer not to attend, please contact the SeeTickets Customer Services team for a refund or to defer your ticket to the 2022 event.
