THIS weekend's PDC ProTour events to be held in Salzburg, Austria, will still proceed despite disruption to travel across Europe due to the volcanic ash cloud.
Two Players Championships will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Salzburg on Saturday and Sunday, with each offering £31,600 prize money.
The PDC can confirm that the tournaments will proceed as planned this weekend.
Any players travelling from the UK or Ireland who would be affected by any further flight disruption caused by the ash cloud from the Icelandic volcano are advised to investigate alternative methods travel if necessary.
The entry lists for the two tournaments will be posted at www.pdc.tv on Wednesday.
