THE sixth Bobby Bourn Memorial Players Championship will now begin at 11am on Saturday July 19.
A total of 166 players will compete in the tournament next Saturday, with the winner taking home £5,000.
Phil Taylor has won the previous five stagings of the event, which is held in memory of former PDC official Bobby Bourn and is part of the Players Championship Order of Merit.
The event is also a key warm-up for the 32 players who will competing at the Winter Gardens in the Stan James World Matchplay, which begins on Sunday July 20.
Due to the high number of entries, this year's event will begin at 11am and is being held in the Olympia Exhibition Hall at the Winter Gardens.
There will be no admission for the general public for this event, in line with the PDC's new policy for PDC Pro Tour events staged in the UK and Ireland.
