THE Greene King Regional Finals for the Budweiser UK Open will take place on 1 and 2 April 2006.
A total of 32 places in the Budweiser UK Open televised finals are up for grabs for players who have won knockouts in Greene King pubs around the UK.
Due to the involvement of more Scottish pubs in 2006, there will be a separate Greene King Regional Final in Scotland to award one place at the Reebok Stadium.
Seven players will then qualify from the North Regional Final, which will take place in Sheffield on Sunday 2 April.
Eight players will come from each of the other three Regional Finals, for the West, South and East areas.
The West Regional Final will be staged on Saturday 1 April at The Woodlands Edge in Swindon, with the South Regional Final being held at The Hendon in London on the same day.
Due to the number of competitors, The Hendon will also host the East Regional Final on Sunday 2 April.
