MARIKA JUHOLA has won the Finnish Women's National Championship and will now qualify to compete in the last 32 of the PDC Unicorn Women's World Championship.
Juhola, a 34-year-old from Tampere, has now earned a spot at Barnsley on Saturday June 12 - where 32 players will play down to the last two, who will compete in the final on stage ahead of the World Matchplay final on July 25, live on Sky Sports.
Her victory in the Finnish National Championship at the weekend was her second in the event, following a 2005 triumph, while she has also previously won the 2006 Latvian Open.
The partner of Jarkko Komula, who competed in the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship last December, Juhola is also a former German Open runner-up and Dutch Open pairs champion.
