PartyPoker.com Grand Slam of Darts - ITV Wildcard Qualifier Draw

OVER 200 players will compete in the ITV Wildcard Qualifier for the PartyPoker.com Grand Slam of Darts.

A field of amateurs, stars of the Professional Darts Corporation circuit and players from the BDO/WDF system will assemble at the Magnum Centre in Irvine for the tournament.

The winner will be guaranteed a place in the Grand Slam of Darts next month, while the runner-up and third/fourth placed players will be reserves for a spot in Wolverhampton.

Five players who played in last year's Grand Slam of Darts will take part in the ITV Wildcard Qualifier in an attempt to win a spot in this year's event; Adrian Lewis, Ronnie Baxter, Peter Manley, Wayne Jones and Scott Waites (pictured).

Alan Tabern, Colin Osborne and Mark Dudbridge are leading players from the PDC in action, while Gary Robson, Mike Veitch, Glenn Moody and Andy Boulton all played in the Lakeside Championship last January,

Former World Champions Jelle Klaasen, Steve Beaton and Richie Burnett are also in action in the ITV Wildcard Qualifier.

Due to the high level of entries, the event will begin at 7pm. Games will be the best of seven legs until the final and third/fourth place play-off, which will both be the best of nine legs.
