LADBROKES have joined the campaign for Phil Taylor to be recognised in the 2006 BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards.
Taylor has continued his phenomenal success this year, winning a 13th World Championship title in January and taking victory in ten of 17 tournaments he has played in during 2006.
The Stoke superstar has added an eighth Stan James World Matchplay crown, a seventh SkyBet World Grand Prix title and went through the Holsten Premier League Darts unbeaten for a second successive year.
Taylor's local paper, the Stoke Sentinel, have campaigned for 'The Power' to be nominated for the top award, which will be presented on 10 December in Birmingham.
As Taylor continues his preparations for the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship, which begins on 18 December, Ladbrokes have given fans a chance to show their support.
