SHI YONGSHENG will represent China in the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship for a second successive year this December.
Yongsheng succeeded Tang Jun and Liu Cheng'An in appearing at the Circus Tavern last December, when he went down to Andy Smith in round one.
The 37-year-old from He'nan Province defeated Cheng'An in the final of this year's qualifying tournament to seal a place at Alexandra Palace.
Yongsheng also met PDC opposition at the 2004 Global Cup, when he took on Phil Taylor.
"We congratulate Shi on his success and look forward to welcoming him back to England later this year," said PDC Chief Executive Tim Darby.
"The sport has grown tremendously in China in the past four years and this year's qualifier was highly competitive.
"This will be a good test of Shi's progress in the past 12 months and I'm sure he will perform well at Alexandra Palace."
Yongsheng will enter the event this year at the Preliminary Round stage, and will compete on either Wednesday 19 or Thursday 20 December.
