Luke Littler moved into the provisional qualification places for July's Betfred World Matchplay following his magnificent European Tour triumph in Belgium on Sunday.
Littler defeated Rob Cross to clinch the Blåkläder Belgian Darts Open crown in Wieze, defying a 108 average from the 2018 World Champion to prevail in a dramatic last-leg shoot-out.
The teenage sensation also landed a nine-darter on his way to scooping the £30,000 top prize, as he moves closer to confirming his World Matchplay debut this summer.
The 2024 Betfred World Matchplay will take place from July 13-21 at Blackpool's Winter Gardens, as 32 players compete for the coveted Phil Taylor Trophy and £800,000 in prize money.
The top 16 players from the PDC Order of Merit will be seeded for the event, and will be joined by 16 qualifiers from the one-year ProTour Order of Merit.
Littler is set to be among the ProTour Order of Merit qualifiers, on a list which also includes former winners Gary Anderson and James Wade, as well as Masters champion Stephen Bunting.
The tables below show the latest standings in the race to the Betfred World Matchplay, displaying each player's minimum prize money by the qualification cut-off date (July 7).
N.B. Players competing in future Players Championship and/or European Tour events who are not listed below can still qualify via the ProTour Order of Merit.
