THE seeding pools for Thursday's PartyPoker.com Grand Slam of Darts draw have now been confirmed.
The draw for the PartyPoker.com Grand Slam of Darts will be made live on BRMB Radio's 'Sports Bar' programme from 6pm on Thursday.
Fans can listen online by going to www.brmb.co.uk and selecting the Listen Live function, and can also watch via a Studio Webcam.
The 32 players will be drawn into eight groups for the first round stage of the Grand Slam of Darts at the Wolverhampton Civic.
Eight players will be seeded and are pre-allocated to groups within the tournament's draw bracket.
Phil Taylor, the reigning Grand Slam of Darts Champion and current Ladbrokes.com World Darts Champion, will be the number one seed, while Lakeside Champion Ted Hankey is seeded two for the event.
Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts champion James Wade is seeded three, with Raymond van Barneveld, Mervyn King, Terry Jenkins, Gary Anderson and Tony O'Shea also seeded.
The remaining 24 players have been allocated to three pools of eight players for the draw, with one player from each pool drawn to a group.
Weighting was given to a players' achievements during the qualifying period and recent results were also taken into consideration when players were allocated to a pool.
The draw will be made by PDC Director and two-time World Matchplay winner Rod Harrington live on BRMB's 'Sports Bar' programme with Tom Ross.
